While other companies give you small $.05 / hour increases, we offer over $.50/hour based upon how quickly people can independently learn to produce the quality and superior excellence of our brand. Being reliable and dependable puts people on the fast track towards making more than a $.75 raise plus performance bonuses for doing an awesome job while maintaining an upbeat positive attitude that makes customers and team members rave about you.
Our staff has the earning potential to make $11-18/hour within the first year. The criteria is all about how great of a reliable team player and/or leader you can be to help the community and business grow.
